Data Analysis and Reporting
Adelante provides data management and technical support related to meeting ongoing requirements to monitor and perform compliance reporting for public, private and industrial clientele. Our working relationship with Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and the Department of Energy(DOE) is an example of our expertise in environmental data management. We are trusted to oversee, analyze and report on datasets with hundreds of samples, thousands of analyses, and tens of thousands of records.
Adelante developed the Laboratory’s Potential Release Site (PRS) database and manages its maintenance. Potential release sites are areas around the Laboratory and the town of Los Alamos at which hazardous materials from past activities have been found. This electronic repository contains the official archived information which tracks the progress of the Solid Waste Management Units (SWMUs) and Areas of Concern (AOCs) within the Laboratory, including, but not limited to, the location, description, operational history, regulatory history, progress status, and investigation activities specific to each SWMU or AOC.
